DrugsDisclosed has gathered medical insights from 200 real-world patients taking Vesicare. These patients are from different countries, lifestyles and healthcare systems, their unifying characteristic is the medicine they take.

199 patients taking Vesicare were asked how effective they found their medicine. 69% felt that Vesicare was very / extremely effective, while 22% found it to be only somewhat effective. This means that 9% felt that Vesicare had only a slight or very little effect.

200 patients taking Vesicare were asked how bothered they were by any side effects from taking Vesicare? 89% felt not at all or only slightly bothered by side effects from taking Vesicare, while 8% felt somewhat bothered. Meaning that 4% felt very or extremely bothered by side effects from taking Vesicare.

We recently asked 200 patients who reported taking Vesicare how often they took it as prescribed? While 98% told us they never, or only sometimes forgot to take it on time, 1% said that they often forgot to take their Vesicare as prescribed. Sadly 2% forgot to take them all the time. We asked 200 patients taking Vesicare how difficult they found it to take their medicine as prescribed? There can be many factors why they found it difficult to take as prescribed. 96% of those asked positively reported that they found it not at all or only somewhat difficult to take their Vesicare as prescribed, whereas 3% reported that they found taking the same medication very difficult. Sadly, there were still 1% who reported finding it extremely difficult for them to take their medicine as prescribed.

200 patients were recently asked how confident they felt about taking Vesicare? 86% of those we asked said that they felt either very or extremely confident when it came to taking Vesicare. 13% felt only slightly confident while 2% of the patients we asked felt only slightly confident when taking Vesicare.

We asked 193 patients how necessary they found taking Vesicare. 88% of the patients asked found Vesicare to be very or extremely necessary for them, while 9% found it to be only somewhat necessary. However, there are still 3% of patients using Vesicare who feel it is only slightly or even not at all necessary for them.

158 patients were recently asked how often they forgot to take their medication? 89% of those asked never or rarely forgot their medication, while 9% of those taking Vesicare reported that they sometimes forgot. When we asked 191 patients to what extent they felt that the benefits of their medicine outweighed its disadvantages a group of 79% of them replied that they felt to a large or even extreme extent that the advantages of taking Vesicare outweighed any disadvantages. 11% of the patients however felt this to a moderate extent leaving 10% who felt this was true to only a small extent or even felt not at all.

When asking 191 patients taking Vesicare if they were satisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication. 83% of them answered that they were very satisfied or satisfied while, 12% of were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. That left 5% of patients feeling either dissatisfied or worse of all very dissatisfied when it came to the information and guidance they received with their Vesicare.
