Unfortunately 5% of the patients asked felt ramipril (active ingredient) had only a slight or very little effect for them.
We asked 2817 patients taking ramipril (active ingredient) just how bothered they were by side effects? 90% of those we asked this too reported feeling they were not at all or only slightly bothered by side effects, yet 7% of patients asked said they felt somewhat bothered from ramipril (active ingredient). This leaves 3% of the patients we asked who were using ramipril (active ingredient) still felt very or extremely bothered from side effects when they were taking ramipril (active ingredient).
We recently asked 2817 patients who reported taking ramipril (active ingredient) how often they took it as prescribed? While 97% told us they never, or only sometimes forgot to take it on time, 2% said that they often forgot to take their ramipril (active ingredient) as prescribed. 2817 patients were recently asked just how difficult they found it to take their medicine as prescribed by their doctor? 98% of them found it not at all or only somewhat difficult taking ramipril (active ingredient) as prescribed, 1% found taking ramipril (active ingredient) very difficult which left 1% who sadly felt it extremely difficult for them. 2304 patients taking ramipril (active ingredient) were asked how often they forgot to take their medication? 92% of those asked said they never or rarely forgot to take their ramipril (active ingredient), although 6% of patients taking ramipril (active ingredient) reported that they sometimes forget to take their medication, even forgetting sometimes can have a negative effect on your treatment. 2% of patients sadly reported that they often or almost all the time forget their medication.
2715 patients were recently asked to what extent they felt that the benefits of ramipril (active ingredient) outweighed its disadvantages? 79% of them answered positively saying they felt to large or extreme extent that the advantages of taking ramipril (active ingredient) outweighed its disadvantages. However, 12% of the patients felt this only to a moderate extent and that meant that 9% felt only a small extent or worst of all, not at all.
2715 patients were recently asked how satisfied they were with the information and guidance they received with their ramipril (active ingredient). 84% of those asked were either very satisfied or satisfied, which is great news. However, 12% of those asked were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, which left 4% of patients feeling either dissatisfied or even worse very dissatisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication.
