3402 patients were recently asked just how difficult they found it to take their medicine as prescribed by their doctor? 96% of them found it not at all or only somewhat difficult taking Pantoprazole [Abbott] as prescribed, 3% found taking Pantoprazole [Abbott] very difficult which left 1% who sadly felt it extremely difficult for them. 2998 patients taking Pantoprazole [Abbott] were asked how often they forgot to take their medication? 86% of those asked said they never or rarely forgot to take their Pantoprazole [Abbott], although 10% of patients taking Pantoprazole [Abbott] reported that they sometimes forget to take their medication, even forgetting sometimes can have a negative effect on your treatment. 4% of patients sadly reported that they often or almost all the time forget their medication.
When we asked 3173 patients to what extent they felt that the benefits of their medicine outweighed its disadvantages a group of 79% of them replied that they felt to a large or even extreme extent that the advantages of taking Pantoprazole [Abbott] outweighed any disadvantages. 11% of the patients however felt this to a moderate extent leaving 10% who felt this was true to only a small extent or even felt not at all.
3172 patients were recently asked how satisfied they were with the information and guidance they received with their Pantoprazole [Abbott]. 82% of those asked were either very satisfied or satisfied, which is great news. However, 13% of those asked were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, which left 5% of patients feeling either dissatisfied or even worse very dissatisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication.
