3402 patients using Pantoprazol [Nycomed] were asked how difficult they found it to take their medicine as prescribed? There are several reasons why it can be difficult for a patient to take their medication as prescribed. Luckily 96% of those asked felt that they found it not at all or only somewhat difficult to take their Pantoprazol [Nycomed] as prescribed by their doctor, 3% felt they found taking Pantoprazol [Nycomed] very difficult. Leaving 1% who felt it extremely difficult for them to take Pantoprazol [Nycomed].

Surveying 3173 patients we asked them to what extent they felt that the benefits of their medicine (in this case Pantoprazol [Nycomed]) outweighed its disadvantages. A group of 79% replied that they felt to a large or even extreme extent that the advantages of taking their medication outweighed any disadvantages that Pantoprazol [Nycomed] may have. 11% of the patients felt this and a reduced level and reported feeling only a moderate extent. At the bottom of the scale were 10% of the patients asked, who felt this was true to only a small extent or even reported a result of not at all.
We asked 3172 patients taking Pantoprazol [Nycomed] in a recent survey if they were satisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication. 82% of those asked were very satisfied or satisfied with the information. While, 13% of the patients taking Pantoprazol [Nycomed] when asked were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, leaving 5% of patients feeling either dissatisfied or very dissatisfied when it came to the information and guidance they received with their medication.
