78 patients taking Oxybutynin were asked how effective they found their medicine. Luckily 72% responded very positively about Oxybutynin reporting that they were very / extremely effective, while 22% reported that they felt Oxybutynin was only somewhat effective for them. Finally 6% of the patients asked reported that Oxybutynin had only a slight or very little effect for them.
We asked 78 patients taking Oxybutynin just how bothered they were by side effects? 81% of those we asked this too reported feeling they were not at all or only slightly bothered by side effects, yet 14% of patients asked said they felt somewhat bothered from Oxybutynin. This leaves 5% of the patients we asked who were using Oxybutynin still felt very or extremely bothered from side effects when they were taking Oxybutynin.
We asked 78 patients taking Oxybutynin how often they took their medicine as prescribed by their doctor? 88% said they never, or only sometimes forget, while 3% often forgot to take their Oxybutynin as prescribed. 78 patients using Oxybutynin were asked how difficult they found it to take their medicine as prescribed? There are several reasons why it can be difficult for a patient to take their medication as prescribed. Luckily 90% of those asked felt that they found it not at all or only somewhat difficult to take their Oxybutynin as prescribed by their doctor, 5% felt they found taking Oxybutynin very difficult. Leaving 5% who felt it extremely difficult for them to take Oxybutynin.
78 patients were recently asked how confident they felt about taking Oxybutynin? 82% of those we asked said that they felt either very or extremely confident when it came to taking Oxybutynin. 15% felt only slightly confident while 3% of the patients we asked felt only slightly confident when taking Oxybutynin.
When asking 78 patients how necessary they found taking their medication. 83% said they felt taking Oxybutynin to be very or extremely necessary. 14% said they felt Oxybutynin to be only somewhat necessary for them. Finally 3% of patients taking Oxybutynin found it only slightly or even not at all necessary for them.
We asked 66 patients using Oxybutynin how often they forgot to take their medication? 65% of reported that they never or rarely forgot to take their medication, while 26% of patients taking Oxybutynin reported sometimes forgetting to take their medication. 9% of patients sadly often or almost all the time forget to take their medication. Surveying 69 patients we asked them to what extent they felt that the benefits of their medicine (in this case Oxybutynin) outweighed its disadvantages. A group of 70% replied that they felt to a large or even extreme extent that the advantages of taking their medication outweighed any disadvantages that Oxybutynin may have. 17% of the patients felt this and a reduced level and reported feeling only a moderate extent. At the bottom of the scale were 13% of the patients asked, who felt this was true to only a small extent or even reported a result of not at all.
69 patients were recently asked how satisfied they were with the information and guidance they received with their Oxybutynin. 78% of those asked were either very satisfied or satisfied, which is great news. However, 17% of those asked were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, which left 4% of patients feeling either dissatisfied or even worse very dissatisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication.
