At the bottom of the scale were 7% of the patients asked, who felt this was true to only a small extent or even reported a result of not at all.

2091 patients were recently asked how satisfied they were with the information and guidance they received with their Other dermatological drugs (ATC category). 80% of those asked were either very satisfied or satisfied, which is great news. However, 13% of those asked were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, which left 6% of patients feeling either dissatisfied or even worse very dissatisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication.
