There are several reasons why it can be difficult for a patient to take their medication as prescribed. 2207 patients were recently asked to what extent they felt that the benefits of Gabapentin [MK] outweighed its disadvantages? 71% of them answered positively saying they felt to large or extreme extent that the advantages of taking Gabapentin [MK] outweighed its disadvantages. However, 17% of the patients felt this only to a moderate extent and that meant that 13% felt only a small extent or worst of all, not at all.

When asking 2207 patients taking Gabapentin [MK] if they were satisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication. 77% of them answered that they were very satisfied or satisfied while, 15% of were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. That left 8% of patients feeling either dissatisfied or worse of all very dissatisfied when it came to the information and guidance they received with their Gabapentin [MK].
