However, 17% of the patients felt this only to a moderate extent and that meant that 12% felt only a small extent or worst of all, not at all.

However, 15% of those asked were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, which left 7% of patients feeling either dissatisfied or even worse very dissatisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication.
