3109 patients who were using folic acid (active ingredient) were asked how effective they found their medicine. 64% were very positive about folic acid (active ingredient) answering that they were very / extremely effective, however 26% felt folic acid (active ingredient) was only somewhat effective. Unfortunately 10% of the patients asked felt folic acid (active ingredient) had only a slight or very little effect for them.

3209 patients taking folic acid (active ingredient) were asked how bothered they were by any side effects from taking folic acid (active ingredient)? 93% felt not at all or only slightly bothered by side effects from taking folic acid (active ingredient), while 4% felt somewhat bothered. Meaning that 2% felt very or extremely bothered by side effects from taking folic acid (active ingredient).

3210 patients using folic acid (active ingredient) were asked how often they took their medicine as prescribed? 90% of those asked said they never, or only sometimes forget to take their folic acid (active ingredient) as prescribed, while 5% often forgot. There are several reasons why it can be difficult for a patient to take their medication as prescribed. Luckily 93% of those asked felt that they found it not at all or only somewhat difficult to take their folic acid (active ingredient) as prescribed by their doctor, 5% felt they found taking folic acid (active ingredient) very difficult. Leaving 2% who felt it extremely difficult for them to take folic acid (active ingredient).

A patient survey asked 3210 patients just how confident they felt about taking folic acid (active ingredient)? 88% replied postivly that they felt either very or extremely confident when it came to taking folic acid (active ingredient). 9% of the patients replied they were only slightly confident, while 2% of them responded feeling only slightly confident when it came to taking folic acid (active ingredient).

We asked 3151 patients how necessary they found taking folic acid (active ingredient). 76% of the patients asked found folic acid (active ingredient) to be very or extremely necessary for them, while 18% found it to be only somewhat necessary. However, there are still 6% of patients using folic acid (active ingredient) who feel it is only slightly or even not at all necessary for them.

We asked 2867 patients using folic acid (active ingredient) how often they forgot to take their medication? 79% of reported that they never or rarely forgot to take their medication, while 14% of patients taking folic acid (active ingredient) reported sometimes forgetting to take their medication. 7% of patients sadly often or almost all the time forget to take their medication. Surveying 2939 patients we asked them to what extent they felt that the benefits of their medicine (in this case folic acid (active ingredient)) outweighed its disadvantages. A group of 74% replied that they felt to a large or even extreme extent that the advantages of taking their medication outweighed any disadvantages that folic acid (active ingredient) may have. 15% of the patients felt this and a reduced level and reported feeling only a moderate extent. At the bottom of the scale were 11% of the patients asked, who felt this was true to only a small extent or even reported a result of not at all.

When asking 2938 patients taking folic acid (active ingredient) if they were satisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication. 79% of them answered that they were very satisfied or satisfied while, 17% of were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. That left 4% of patients feeling either dissatisfied or worse of all very dissatisfied when it came to the information and guidance they received with their folic acid (active ingredient).
