1899 patients were recently asked just how difficult they found it to take their medicine as prescribed by their doctor? 81% of them found it not at all or only somewhat difficult taking Fluoxetine [Apo] as prescribed, 13% found taking Fluoxetine [Apo] very difficult which left 6% who sadly felt it extremely difficult for them. 1496 patients were recently asked how often they forgot to take their medication? 52% of those asked never or rarely forgot their medication, while 27% of those taking Fluoxetine [Apo] reported that they sometimes forgot. When we asked 1580 patients to what extent they felt that the benefits of their medicine outweighed its disadvantages a group of 70% of them replied that they felt to a large or even extreme extent that the advantages of taking Fluoxetine [Apo] outweighed any disadvantages. 19% of the patients however felt this to a moderate extent leaving 11% who felt this was true to only a small extent or even felt not at all.
We asked 1579 patients taking Fluoxetine [Apo] in a recent survey if they were satisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication. 72% of those asked were very satisfied or satisfied with the information. While, 20% of the patients taking Fluoxetine [Apo] when asked were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, leaving 8% of patients feeling either dissatisfied or very dissatisfied when it came to the information and guidance they received with their medication.
