1858 patients taking Fluoxetine were asked how effective they found their medicine. Luckily 56% responded very positively about Fluoxetine reporting that they were very / extremely effective, while 28% reported that they felt Fluoxetine was only somewhat effective for them. Finally 16% of the patients asked reported that Fluoxetine had only a slight or very little effect for them.
We asked 1899 patients taking Fluoxetine just how bothered they were by side effects? 70% of those we asked this too reported feeling they were not at all or only slightly bothered by side effects, yet 21% of patients asked said they felt somewhat bothered from Fluoxetine. This leaves 10% of the patients we asked who were using Fluoxetine still felt very or extremely bothered from side effects when they were taking Fluoxetine.
1899 patients using Fluoxetine were asked how often they took their medicine as prescribed? 91% of those asked said they never, or only sometimes forget to take their Fluoxetine as prescribed, while 4% often forgot. 1899 patients using Fluoxetine were asked how difficult they found it to take their medicine as prescribed? There are several reasons why it can be difficult for a patient to take their medication as prescribed. Luckily 81% of those asked felt that they found it not at all or only somewhat difficult to take their Fluoxetine as prescribed by their doctor, 13% felt they found taking Fluoxetine very difficult. Leaving 6% who felt it extremely difficult for them to take Fluoxetine.
1899 patients were recently asked how confident they felt about taking Fluoxetine? 65% of those we asked said that they felt either very or extremely confident when it came to taking Fluoxetine. 25% felt only slightly confident while 10% of the patients we asked felt only slightly confident when taking Fluoxetine.
We asked 1843 patients how necessary they found taking Fluoxetine. 81% of the patients asked found Fluoxetine to be very or extremely necessary for them, while 15% found it to be only somewhat necessary. However, there are still 5% of patients using Fluoxetine who feel it is only slightly or even not at all necessary for them.
1496 patients were recently asked how often they forgot to take their medication? 52% of those asked never or rarely forgot their medication, while 27% of those taking Fluoxetine reported that they sometimes forgot. Surveying 1580 patients we asked them to what extent they felt that the benefits of their medicine (in this case Fluoxetine) outweighed its disadvantages. A group of 70% replied that they felt to a large or even extreme extent that the advantages of taking their medication outweighed any disadvantages that Fluoxetine may have. 19% of the patients felt this and a reduced level and reported feeling only a moderate extent. At the bottom of the scale were 11% of the patients asked, who felt this was true to only a small extent or even reported a result of not at all.
1579 patients were recently asked how satisfied they were with the information and guidance they received with their Fluoxetine. 72% of those asked were either very satisfied or satisfied, which is great news. However, 20% of those asked were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, which left 8% of patients feeling either dissatisfied or even worse very dissatisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication.
