Surveying 1603 patients we asked them to what extent they felt that the benefits of their medicine (in this case duloxetine (group of active ingredients)) outweighed its disadvantages. A group of 68% replied that they felt to a large or even extreme extent that the advantages of taking their medication outweighed any disadvantages that duloxetine (group of active ingredients) may have. 19% of the patients felt this and a reduced level and reported feeling only a moderate extent. At the bottom of the scale were 13% of the patients asked, who felt this was true to only a small extent or even reported a result of not at all.

When asking 1603 patients taking duloxetine (group of active ingredients) if they were satisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication. 76% of them answered that they were very satisfied or satisfied while, 17% of were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. That left 6% of patients feeling either dissatisfied or worse of all very dissatisfied when it came to the information and guidance they received with their duloxetine (group of active ingredients).
