We asked 8622 patients taking desogestrel (active ingredient) how often they took their medicine as prescribed by their doctor? 95% said they never, or only sometimes forget, while 3% often forgot to take their desogestrel (active ingredient) as prescribed. 8621 patients using desogestrel (active ingredient) were asked how difficult they found it to take their medicine as prescribed? There are several reasons why it can be difficult for a patient to take their medication as prescribed. Luckily 85% of those asked felt that they found it not at all or only somewhat difficult to take their desogestrel (active ingredient) as prescribed by their doctor, 12% felt they found taking desogestrel (active ingredient) very difficult. Leaving 4% who felt it extremely difficult for them to take desogestrel (active ingredient).
A patient survey asked 8616 patients just how confident they felt about taking desogestrel (active ingredient)? 80% replied postivly that they felt either very or extremely confident when it came to taking desogestrel (active ingredient). 15% of the patients replied they were only slightly confident, while 5% of them responded feeling only slightly confident when it came to taking desogestrel (active ingredient).
We asked 8427 patients how necessary they found taking desogestrel (active ingredient). 86% of the patients asked found desogestrel (active ingredient) to be very or extremely necessary for them, while 11% found it to be only somewhat necessary. However, there are still 3% of patients using desogestrel (active ingredient) who feel it is only slightly or even not at all necessary for them.
6754 patients taking desogestrel (active ingredient) were asked how often they forgot to take their medication? 53% of those asked said they never or rarely forgot to take their desogestrel (active ingredient), although 29% of patients taking desogestrel (active ingredient) reported that they sometimes forget to take their medication, even forgetting sometimes can have a negative effect on your treatment. 18% of patients sadly reported that they often or almost all the time forget their medication.
Surveying 6834 patients we asked them to what extent they felt that the benefits of their medicine (in this case desogestrel (active ingredient)) outweighed its disadvantages. A group of 71% replied that they felt to a large or even extreme extent that the advantages of taking their medication outweighed any disadvantages that desogestrel (active ingredient) may have. 18% of the patients felt this and a reduced level and reported feeling only a moderate extent. At the bottom of the scale were 11% of the patients asked, who felt this was true to only a small extent or even reported a result of not at all.
We asked 6834 patients taking desogestrel (active ingredient) in a recent survey if they were satisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication. 80% of those asked were very satisfied or satisfied with the information. While, 16% of the patients taking desogestrel (active ingredient) when asked were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, leaving 4% of patients feeling either dissatisfied or very dissatisfied when it came to the information and guidance they received with their medication.
