DrugsDisclosed has gathered medical insights from 46 real-world patients taking Celexa. These patients are from different countries, lifestyles and healthcare systems, their unifying characteristic is the medicine they take.
44 patients taking Celexa were asked how effective they found their medicine. Luckily 57% responded very positively about Celexa reporting that they were very / extremely effective, while 30% reported that they felt Celexa was only somewhat effective for them. Finally 14% of the patients asked reported that Celexa had only a slight or very little effect for them.
We asked 46 patients taking Celexa just how bothered they were by side effects? 83% of those we asked this too reported feeling they were not at all or only slightly bothered by side effects, yet 11% of patients asked said they felt somewhat bothered from Celexa. This leaves 7% of the patients we asked who were using Celexa still felt very or extremely bothered from side effects when they were taking Celexa.
We asked 46 patients taking Celexa how often they took their medicine as prescribed by their doctor? 83% said they never, or only sometimes forget, while 2% often forgot to take their Celexa as prescribed. 46 patients were recently asked just how difficult they found it to take their medicine as prescribed by their doctor? 67% of them found it not at all or only somewhat difficult taking Celexa as prescribed, 22% found taking Celexa very difficult which left 11% who sadly felt it extremely difficult for them. There can be many factors that make taking medication an issue, and these should be discussed with the doctor prescribing them.
In a recent patient survey, we asked 46 patients how confident they felt about taking Celexa? 72% felt either very or extremely confident when it came to taking Celexa. while 22% responded that they were only slightly confident leaving 7% of the patients we asked responded feeling only slightly confident when taking Celexa.
We asked 46 patients how necessary they found taking Celexa. 87% of the patients asked found Celexa to be very or extremely necessary for them, while 11% found it to be only somewhat necessary. However, there are still 2% of patients using Celexa who feel it is only slightly or even not at all necessary for them.
29 patients were recently asked how often they forgot to take their medication? 31% of those asked never or rarely forgot their medication, while 31% of those taking Celexa reported that they sometimes forgot. This left 38% of patients sadly reporting that they often or almost all the time forgot to take their medication. If you also forget your medication try using DrugStars to help you remember.
Surveying 29 patients we asked them to what extent they felt that the benefits of their medicine (in this case Celexa) outweighed its disadvantages. A group of 72% replied that they felt to a large or even extreme extent that the advantages of taking their medication outweighed any disadvantages that Celexa may have. 17% of the patients felt this and a reduced level and reported feeling only a moderate extent. At the bottom of the scale were 10% of the patients asked, who felt this was true to only a small extent or even reported a result of not at all.
When asking 29 patients taking Celexa if they were satisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication. 69% of them answered that they were very satisfied or satisfied while, 24% of were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. That left 7% of patients feeling either dissatisfied or worse of all very dissatisfied when it came to the information and guidance they received with their Celexa.
