7110 patients taking Atorvastatin [Apo] were asked how effective they found their medicine. Luckily 76% responded very positively about Atorvastatin [Apo] reporting that they were very / extremely effective, while 18% reported that they felt Atorvastatin [Apo] was only somewhat effective for them. Finally 6% of the patients asked reported that Atorvastatin [Apo] had only a slight or very little effect for them.
We asked 7163 patients taking Atorvastatin [Apo] just how bothered they were by side effects? 87% of those we asked this too reported feeling they were not at all or only slightly bothered by side effects, yet 8% of patients asked said they felt somewhat bothered from Atorvastatin [Apo]. We recently asked 7163 patients who reported taking Atorvastatin [Apo] how often they took it as prescribed? While 98% told us they never, or only sometimes forgot to take it on time, 1% said that they often forgot to take their Atorvastatin [Apo] as prescribed. Sadly 1% forgot to take them all the time. 7163 patients were recently asked just how difficult they found it to take their medicine as prescribed by their doctor? 97% of them found it not at all or only somewhat difficult taking Atorvastatin [Apo] as prescribed, 2% found taking Atorvastatin [Apo] very difficult which left 1% who sadly felt it extremely difficult for them. We asked 6396 patients using Atorvastatin [Apo] how often they forgot to take their medication? 93% of reported that they never or rarely forgot to take their medication, while 5% of patients taking Atorvastatin [Apo] reported sometimes forgetting to take their medication. 2% of patients sadly often or almost all the time forget to take their medication. When we asked 6956 patients to what extent they felt that the benefits of their medicine outweighed its disadvantages a group of 75% of them replied that they felt to a large or even extreme extent that the advantages of taking Atorvastatin [Apo] outweighed any disadvantages. 16% of the patients however felt this to a moderate extent leaving 9% who felt this was true to only a small extent or even felt not at all.
6956 patients were recently asked how satisfied they were with the information and guidance they received with their Atorvastatin [Apo]. 82% of those asked were either very satisfied or satisfied, which is great news. However, 13% of those asked were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, which left 4% of patients feeling either dissatisfied or even worse very dissatisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication.
