We asked 7213 patients taking Amlodipine [EG] how difficult they found it to take their medicine as prescribed? There can be many factors why they found it difficult to take as prescribed. 98% of those asked positively reported that they found it not at all or only somewhat difficult to take their Amlodipine [EG] as prescribed, whereas 1% reported that they found taking the same medication very difficult. Sadly, there were still 1% who reported finding it extremely difficult for them to take their medicine as prescribed.

We asked 6988 patients how necessary they found taking Amlodipine [EG]. 88% of the patients asked found Amlodipine [EG] to be very or extremely necessary for them, while 9% found it to be only somewhat necessary. We asked 5765 patients using Amlodipine [EG] how often they forgot to take their medication? 93% of reported that they never or rarely forgot to take their medication, while 6% of patients taking Amlodipine [EG] reported sometimes forgetting to take their medication. 2% of patients sadly often or almost all the time forget to take their medication. Surveying 6970 patients we asked them to what extent they felt that the benefits of their medicine (in this case Amlodipine [EG]) outweighed its disadvantages. A group of 80% replied that they felt to a large or even extreme extent that the advantages of taking their medication outweighed any disadvantages that Amlodipine [EG] may have. 12% of the patients felt this and a reduced level and reported feeling only a moderate extent.
