Surveying 6953 patients we asked them to what extent they felt that the benefits of their medicine (in this case Amlodipin [Orifarm]) outweighed its disadvantages. A group of 80% replied that they felt to a large or even extreme extent that the advantages of taking their medication outweighed any disadvantages that Amlodipin [Orifarm] may have. 12% of the patients felt this and a reduced level and reported feeling only a moderate extent. At the bottom of the scale were 9% of the patients asked, who felt this was true to only a small extent or even reported a result of not at all.
When asking 6953 patients taking Amlodipin [Orifarm] if they were satisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication. 80% of them answered that they were very satisfied or satisfied while, 15% of were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. That left 5% of patients feeling either dissatisfied or worse of all very dissatisfied when it came to the information and guidance they received with their Amlodipin [Orifarm].
