We asked 1582 patients taking Amitryptyline [GPO] how difficult they found it to take their medicine as prescribed? There can be many factors why they found it difficult to take as prescribed. 93% of those asked positively reported that they found it not at all or only somewhat difficult to take their Amitryptyline [GPO] as prescribed, whereas 5% reported that they found taking the same medication very difficult. We asked 1434 patients using Amitryptyline [GPO] how often they forgot to take their medication? 84% of reported that they never or rarely forgot to take their medication, while 11% of patients taking Amitryptyline [GPO] reported sometimes forgetting to take their medication. 5% of patients sadly often or almost all the time forget to take their medication. When we asked 1462 patients to what extent they felt that the benefits of their medicine outweighed its disadvantages a group of 74% of them replied that they felt to a large or even extreme extent that the advantages of taking Amitryptyline [GPO] outweighed any disadvantages. 16% of the patients however felt this to a moderate extent leaving 10% who felt this was true to only a small extent or even felt not at all.
