1434 patients taking Amitriptyline [Accord] were asked how often they forgot to take their medication? 84% of those asked said they never or rarely forgot to take their Amitriptyline [Accord], although 11% of patients taking Amitriptyline [Accord] reported that they sometimes forget to take their medication, even forgetting sometimes can have a negative effect on your treatment. 5% of patients sadly reported that they often or almost all the time forget their medication.
1462 patients were recently asked to what extent they felt that the benefits of Amitriptyline [Accord] outweighed its disadvantages? 74% of them answered positively saying they felt to large or extreme extent that the advantages of taking Amitriptyline [Accord] outweighed its disadvantages. However, 16% of the patients felt this only to a moderate extent and that meant that 10% felt only a small extent or worst of all, not at all.
We asked 1462 patients taking Amitriptyline [Accord] in a recent survey if they were satisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication. 82% of those asked were very satisfied or satisfied with the information.
