1486 patients were recently asked just how difficult they found it to take their medicine as prescribed by their doctor? 93% of them found it not at all or only somewhat difficult taking Amitriptylin [DAK] as prescribed, 5% found taking Amitriptylin [DAK] very difficult which left 2% who sadly felt it extremely difficult for them. 1338 patients taking Amitriptylin [DAK] were asked how often they forgot to take their medication? 83% of those asked said they never or rarely forgot to take their Amitriptylin [DAK], although 11% of patients taking Amitriptylin [DAK] reported that they sometimes forget to take their medication, even forgetting sometimes can have a negative effect on your treatment. 5% of patients sadly reported that they often or almost all the time forget their medication.
When we asked 1366 patients to what extent they felt that the benefits of their medicine outweighed its disadvantages a group of 73% of them replied that they felt to a large or even extreme extent that the advantages of taking Amitriptylin [DAK] outweighed any disadvantages. 16% of the patients however felt this to a moderate extent leaving 11% who felt this was true to only a small extent or even felt not at all.
We asked 1366 patients taking Amitriptylin [DAK] in a recent survey if they were satisfied with the information and guidance they received with their medication. 82% of those asked were very satisfied or satisfied with the information. While, 13% of the patients taking Amitriptylin [DAK] when asked were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, leaving 6% of patients feeling either dissatisfied or very dissatisfied when it came to the information and guidance they received with their medication.
